(1) If the holder of any permit provided for by the regulations of the air pollution control board within a reasonable time willfully fails and refuses to furnish to the air pollution control officer information, analyses, plans, or specifications requested by such air pollution control officer, the air pollution control officer may suspend the permit. He shall serve notice in writing o f such suspension and the reasons therefor on the permittee. (2) Within ten (10) days after receipt of notice of suspension the permittee may file with the hearing board a demand for a public hearing as to whether or not the permit was properly suspended. (3) The air pollution control officer shall reinstate a suspended permit when all information, analyses, plans, and specifications are furnished. (4) The air pollution control officer may reinstate a suspended permit where, in his opinion, good reasons exist therefor.
