Kentucky Code § KRS 76.050

Meetings of board -- Quorum

(1) Regular meetings of the board shall be held at least once in each calendar month, the time and place of which shall be fixed by the board. (2) A majority of the members of the board shall constitute a quorum, and the affirmative vote of at least three (3) members of the board shall be necessary for the adoption of any motion, measure, or resolution.
