Kentucky Code § KRS 75.260

Compensation of board members -- Time and place of board meetings

(1) The board may fix the respective salaries of its members on a per meeting basis not to exceed twenty-five dollars ($25) per meeting and not to exceed one (1) meeting per month. (2) The board shall meet at least once a month at a time and place designated by the board and all meetings, except executive meetings, shall be open to the public.
