Kentucky Code § KRS 69.120

Counties having a population of more than 150,000 to pay expenses of Commonwealth's attorney

The necessary expenses of the Commonwealth's attorney in the discharge of his official duties in counties containing a population of more than 150,000 shall b e paid out of the county levy. The fiscal court shall order payment of the expenses upon presentation of a bill by the Commonwealth's attorney.
