Expenses of Commonwealth's attorney or county attorney when acting as special prosecutor

Any Commonwealth's attorney or county attorney acting as a special prosecutor shall be reimbursed for his actual expenses incurred for lodging, meals and necessar y travel. Such claims upon being approved by the Attorney General, shall be submitted to the Finance and Administration Cabinet for preparation of warrants and payments from the State Treasury.
