Kentucky Code § KRS 65.474

Extension of term of easement

From time to time, the local legislative body may accept an instrument whereby the term of any scenic easement is extended in the same manner as is provided for the acceptance of an instrument originally creating a scenic easement. Upon the acceptance the reof the same shall be recorded in the office of the county clerk and copies filed with the property valuation administrator and the local planning commission.
