Kentucky Code § KRS 64.347

Population, how determined -- Effect of change of population during term of officer

The population of a county shall, for the purposes of KRS 64.346, be determined by the most recent federal decennial census enumeration; provided; however that the pro visions of those sections and subsections shall not become operative to such officers mentioned therein during their term in counties determined to have acquired, since the last census, a population of more than 75,000.
