Any person who intentionally violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor, except that an intentional violation of an order issued under KRS 610.030(11) shall be referred to the county attorney for prosecution und er KRS 530.070(1)(c) if the case relates to truancy.
