Kentucky Code § KRS 605.040

Prohibited activities

A court-designated worker shall not: (1) Issue arrest or search warrants; (2) Supervise a child following his adjudication when the child is committed to the cabinet or placed on probation under the supervision of the cabinet or any other agency or individual; (3) Perform any clerical work not directly related to required juvenile activities; (4) Investigate child abuse, neglect, or dependency allegations but shall refer such actions to the cabinet; or (5) Dispose of complaints, except as authorized by KRS 605.030 or 635.010.
