Kentucky Code § KRS 58.025

Facsimile signatures

It shall be lawful for public bodies, when issuing bonds pursuant to this chapter, to issue and execute said bonds with either the manual or facsimile signatures of its officers as may be determined by the governing bodies of the respective public bodies w hich are the issuers thereof; but subject nevertheless to such approvals as may now or hereafter be applicable thereto according to law.
