The state law librarian, under direction of the Supreme Court, shall purchase bound volumes and advance sheets of the opinions of the Supre me Court and Court of Appeals and furnish them for the use of the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, each county law library, and each judge of a Circuit Court.
