Kentucky Code § KRS 56.540

Acts or actions taken by commission not invalidated -- Cabinet may complete transactions

The vesting in the cabinet by KRS 56.440 to 56.580 of any of the powers, duties or functions heretofore vested in the commission shall not have the effect of invalidating any acts or action heretofore taken by the commission; and the cabinet is authorized and directed to execute any conveyance or other writing or take whatever action may be necessary to complete any such transaction, the same as the commission coul d have done prior to the effective date of KRS 56.440 to 56.580.
