Kentucky Code § KRS 533.210

Conduct of program -- Costs -- License

(1) The program described in KRS 533.200 shall be administered by the Office of Adult Education within the Department of Workforce Development in the Education and Labor Cabinet, which shall promulgate administrative regulations, pursuant to KRS Chapter 13A, relative to the conduct of the program, including but not limited to the costs of participation in the program by persons sentenced to the program. (2) The Office of Adult Education shall license qualified persons or organizations to conduct the program described in KRS 533.200 on behalf of the agency. Qualifications, the manner of licensing, and all other matters shall be set by administrative regulation.
