(1) A person is guilty of permitting or promoting the use of a child sex doll when, he or she having possession or control of a child sex doll or having possession or control of a premises which he or she knows or has reasonable cause to know is being used for the purposes of utilizing a child sex doll, fails to make reasonable and timely effort to halt or abate such use. (2) Permitting or promoting the use of a child sex doll is a Class C felony.
