Kentucky Code § KRS 528.040

Conspiracy to promote gambling

(1) A person is guilty of conspiracy to promote gambling when he conspires to advance or profit from gambling activity. (2) "Conspire" means to engage in activity constituting a criminal conspiracy as defined in KRS 506.040. (3) Conspiracy to promote gambling is a Class D felony.
