Records of proceedings are public records -- Confidentiality protected

The Crime Victims Compensation Board shall maintain the official record of the claim, including evidence entered into the record at a hearing on the claim, and the final action taken on each claim. All records of proceedings shall be public records; provid ed, however, that any record or report obtained by the board, the confidentiality of which is protected by any other law or regulation, shall remain confidential subject to such law or regulation.
