Kentucky Code § KRS 45.450

Purchase price to be set out in bill of sale or deed

Where title to any property or any interest therein is transferred, for monetary or other consideration, by or to the Commonwealth of Kentucky by deed, bill of sale, or otherwise, the purchase price or other consideration shall be set out in full on the fa ce of the deed, bill of sale, or other instrument.
