Kentucky Code § KRS 446.290

Effect of delayed repeal

In the event a bill with a delayed effective date repeals a statute amended at the same session of the General Assembly, the statute shall be considered to be amended at the date specified in the amending act and shall stand repealed as of the date specifi ed in the repealing act.
