Kentucky Code § KRS 438.180

False representation of emergency

Any person who asks for or requests the use of a party line on the pretext that an emergency exists, knowing that no emergency in fact exists, shall be fined not less than twenty-five ($25) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100) or imprisoned in the coun ty jail for a period not exceeding ten (10) days or both so fined and imprisoned.
