Kentucky Code § KRS 432.520

Witness may be required to testify in prosecution under KRS 432.510 -- Immunity

In any prosecution under KRS 432.510, no witness shall be excused from testifying on the ground that his testimony may incriminate himself. But, no such testimony shall b e used against him in any prosecution except for perjury, and he shall be discharged from all liability for any violation of KRS 432.510 necessarily disclosed in his testimony.
