(1) KRS 39A.350 to 39A.366 shall not limit rights, privileges, or immunities provided to volunteer health practitioners by laws other than KRS 39A.350 to 39A.366. (2) KRS 39A.350 to 39A.366 shall not affect requirements for the use of health practitioners pursuant to the Emergency Management Assistance Compact.
