Upon reasonable notice, an owner shall permit agents or employees of the association access to the owner's lot for the purpose of fulfilling the association's dutie s and obligations. Any damage to the common areas, lots, or residential dwellings due to the granted access is the responsibility of the association or its agent. The association is liable for the prompt repair of that damage.
