Foreign corporations collecting and distributing news must furnish services to all newspapers without discrimination

As a condition to carrying on any part of its business in this state, every foreign corporation formed for the purpose or engaged in the business of buying, gathering, accumulating, vending, supplying, distributing or publishing information or news shall at all times vend, supply, distribute and publish the news and information bought, gathered or accumulated by it to any person carryin g on in this state the business of conducting or publishing a newspaper who desires to buy or be supplied with such news and information, and in vending, supplying, distributing and publishing such news and information no discrimination in charges or price s shall be made by the foreign corporation between any of such persons who desire to purchase or be supplied with the information and news.
