Kentucky Code § KRS 344.160

Members, qualifications, compensation

(1) The members of the Commission on Human Rights established by KRS 344.150 shall be appointed on a bipartisan basis and shall be broadly representative of employers, proprietors, trade unions, religious groups, human rights groups, and the general public. (2) Each member is entitled to reimbursement of expenses incurred in the performance of his duties and when serving as a hearing examiner shall be compensated at a per diem rate to be established by the secretary of the Personnel Cabinet. (3) Each member shall receive sixty-five dollars ($65) per day for attending meetings of the commission in addition to the reimbursement of expenses authorized in subsection (2) of this section.
