Kentucky Code § KRS 335.120

Licensure without examination -- Reciprocal agreement between states

The board may grant the appropriate license without examination to any person who at the time of application holds a valid license from another state and who meets the current minimum requirements for licensure in Kentucky provided a reciprocal agreement e xists between the states.
