License for driver training school and driver training instructor required

(1) A person shall not operate, conduct, maintain, or establish a driver training school unless the person holds a valid current license issued by the department. (2) A person shall not operate, conduct, maintain, or establish a driver training school unless the school has in its employ at least one (1) licensed driver training instructor. (3) A person shall not act as an instructor for a driver training school unless the person: (a) Holds a valid current license as an instructor issued by the department; and (b) Is employed by a licensed driver training school.
