Kentucky Code § KRS 330.180

Seal -- Records, as evidence, public

The board shall adopt a seal by which it shall authenticate its proceedings. Copies of all records and papers in the office of the board, duly certified and authenticated by the seal of the board, shall be received in evidence in all courts equally and wit h like effect as the original. Public inspection of records kept in the office of the board under the authority of this chapter shall be permitted by applicable provisions of the Open Records Act of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, KRS 61.870 to 61.884.
