Complaints against licensee -- Answer by licensee

(1) All complaints against licensees shall be submitted to the board on forms furnished by the board. The complaint shall state facts which, if true, would present a prima facie case against the licensee. (2) The board shall send the answer form and a copy of the complaint to the licensee by certified mail. The completed answer form shall be returned to the board within twenty (20) days from the date of receipt. The board shall forward a copy of the answer to the complainant.
