Kentucky Code § KRS 323.060

Persons who may be licensed without examination

Any person who is a licensed architect in another state or country where the qualifications prescribed at the time of licensing were, in the opinion of the board, equal to those prescribed in the Commonwealth at the date of application, and where reciproca l licensing privileges satisfactory to the board are granted to licensees of the Commonwealth, may be granted a license without an examination.
