Any person who commits any of the following acts shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor: (1) Publicly practicing, or offering to publicly practice geology for others in this Commonwealth without being registered in accordance with the provisions of this chapter; (2) Presenting or attempting to use as his own the certificate of registration or the seal of another; (3) Giving any false or forged evidence of any kind to the board or to any member thereof in obtaining a certificate of registration; (4) Falsely impersonating any other registrant of like or different name; or (5) Attempting to use an expired or revoked certificate of registration to practice at any time during a period the board has suspended or revoked the certificate of registration.
