Kentucky Code § KRS 320.260

Holder of existing license exempt from examination

Any person, who, on June 17, 1954, was the holder of a valid, unrevoked license to practice optometry issued to him under the laws of this state, shall not be required to take an examination under this chapter, but shall secure an annual renewal of his lic ense, and in every other respect shall be subject to this chapter.
