No person shall profess to be a licensee, or practice or assume the duties incident to a license issued under this chapter, or use the title "orthotist," "prosthetist," "pedorthist," "orthotic fitter," or any words or letters which designate or tend to des ignate to the public that the person is an orthotist, prosthetist, pedorthist, or orthotic fitter, unless he or she holds a valid, current license from the board.
