Kentucky Code § KRS 312.065

Meetings of board -- Call of meetings, notice

The board shall hold meetings at least annually for the transaction of business. A majority of the board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. The State Property and Buildings Commission shall, at the request of the board, provide an o ffice at the capitol where meetings may be held. The president of the board or a majority of its members may for necessary or appropriate cause call other meetings by transmitting prior written notice of the time and place set for the meeting to all board members.
