Kentucky Code § KRS 311.495

County and Commonwealth's attorneys to prosecute violations -- Powers of investigators and others

(1) County and Commonwealth's attorneys and the Attorney General, within their respective jurisdictions, shall prosecute all violations of the penal pro visions of KRS 311.380 to 311.510 and shall, when requested by the board, represent the board in matters relating to the enforcement of KRS 311.380 to 311.510. (2) For the purpose of enforcing the provisions of KRS 311.380 to 311.510, the investigators, inspectors, representatives and agents of the board shall have the full power and authority of peace officers in this state, and shall have the power and authority to administer oaths, to enter upon premises at all times for the purpose of making inspections, to seize evidence, to interrogate all persons, and to require the production of books, papers, documents or other evidence.
