Revolving fund for implementation of KRS 309.080 to 309.089

(1) All license, certificate, and registration fees, charges, and fines, and other moneys collected by the board under KRS 309.080 to 309.089 and the administrative regulations of the board, shall be deposited into the State Treasury and credited to a revolving fund to be used by the board in carrying out KRS 309.080 to 309.089, and are hereby appropriated for those purposes. (2) Notwithstanding KRS 45.229, any moneys remaining in the fund at the close of the fiscal year shall not lapse but shall be carried for ward into the succeeding fiscal year. Any interest earnings of the fund shall become part of the fund and shall not lapse.
