Kentucky Code § KRS 3.250

The General Assembly finds that it is desirable that the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the United States exercise concurrent legislative jurisdiction for purposes of criminal law enforcement over lands of the National Park System of the United States Depart ment of the Interior lying within the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and to that end KRS 3.255 to 3.275 provides a mechanism for the adjustment of legislative jurisdiction.
