Public attorneys to represent Department of Vehicle Regulation

Upon the request of the Department of Vehicle Regulation, the Attorney General or any Commonwealth's attorney or county attorney shall represent the department within his jurisdiction and without additional compensation, in any action or proceeding in whic h the department is a party, arising under the provisions of this chapter relating to motor carriers.
