Information submitted by the circuit clerk to the Administrative Office of the Courts shall be a public record and shall be open to public inspection pursuant to KRS Chapter 61. KRS 17.150 excludes centralized criminal history records from public inspection; however, the subject of a record contained in that system shall have access to re cords relating to himself, subject to limitations set forth in KRS 17.150 and federal regulations.
