Recording of order, finding, authorization or certificate -- How proved to be in effect

Every order, finding, authorization or certificate issued or approved by the commission under any of the preceding provisions of this chapter shall be in writing and shall be entered on the records of the commission. A certificate under the seal of the commission that any such order, finding, authorization or certificate has not been modified, stayed, suspended or revoked shall be received as evidence in any procee ding as to the facts stated therein.
