The county clerk of each county shall provide a suitable record book to be known as the "drainage record," in which he shall enter or copy every order, report, judgment or finding concerning the district. When land in any other county is affected, copies o f all such records shall be made by the clerk, and they, together with a copy of all maps and profiles, shall be certified by him to the county clerk of the other county, where they shall be recorded in like manner.
