Office of Agricultural Marketing -- Executive director -- Administrative regulations

(1) The Office of Agricultural Marketing in the Department of Agriculture shall be under the supervision of the Commissioner, and shall consist of personnel determined and appointed by the Commissioner. (2) The Office of Agricultural Marketing shall be headed by an executive director appointed by the Commissioner. (3) The Commissioner may promulgate administrative regulations to carry out the provisions of any programs established under the Office of Agricultural Marketing, and may establish fees for the administration of those programs.
