Parallel railroads need not have fence between them

Where the lands or rights -of-way of two (2) railroads adjoin and run parallel with no tillable or grazing lands between their rights-of-way, the railroad need not build any fence along its side next to the other railroad, unless the other railroad has firs t built its half along the division line.
