(1) Each warehouse shall submit, under regulations of the Commissioner, a daily system of sworn statements to include the total number of pounds of tobacco sold, the total amount paid for that tobacco and the average for the day for the particular warehouse reporting. (2) The department shall obtain the statements daily and release to the press a collaboration of the state average for the day and the average for each respective marketing center.
