As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise: (1) "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Agriculture; (2) "Department" means the Department of Agriculture; (3) "Grower" means a bona fide producer of tobacco, either by himself or by tena nt, sharecropper or hired person; (4) "Warehouse" means any tobacco warehouse operating as a place of sale for tobacco in this state; and (5) "Warehouseman" means the owner, operator, manager, lessee or proprietor of a warehouse engaged in selling tobacco or his agents or employees.
