Information on cotton fields and patches to be furnished to Commissioner

Every person growing cotton in this state shall furnish to the Commissioner, on forms supplied by the Commissioner, information that the Commissioner requires regarding the size and location of all commercial cotton fields and of noncommercial patches of c otton grown as ornamentals or for other purposes.
