Kentucky Small Grain Promotion Council

There is hereby established a Kentucky Small Grain Promotion Council composed of four (4) members appointed by the certified organization; two (2) members appointed by the association representing the largest number of small grains farmers in the state; an d one (1) member appointed by the Commissioner. These appointments shall be for terms of two (2) calendar years and each appointing body shall promptly file with the Commissioner the names of its respective appointees.
