Kentucky Code § KRS 233.030

Commonwealth's or county attorney or citizen may have house of prostitution enjoined

The Commonwealth's attorney or county attorney, or any citizen of the county in which the house of prostitution is located, may maintain an action in equity in the n ame of the state, upon the relation of the Commonwealth's attorney, county attorney or citizen, to perpetually enjoin the house of prostitution, the person conducting or maintaining it and the owner or agent of the building or ground upon which it is located.
