Reciprocal agreements -- Fees

The cabinet is authorized to enter into reciprocal agreements with milk control officials of federal or state agencies having standards substantially equivalent to the requirements of this chapter and the regulations of the secretary, which are enforced wi th equal effectiveness. A reasonable fee shall be charged for all out -of-state inspections where reciprocal inspections are not available. Such fees shall be deposited in a revolving fund for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
