Disposal and storage of pesticides -- Use not in accordance with label or of restricted use pesticides

(1) No person shall discard or store any pesticide or pesticide containers in a manner as to cause injury to humans, vegetation, crops, livestock, wildlife, or pollinating insects, or to pollute any waterway in a way harmful to any wildlife. (2) No person shall use any registered pesticide in a manner not in accordance with its label. (3) No person shall purchase, use, or supervise the use of, a res tricted use pesticide unless the person is certified in a classification which permits the purchase, use, or supervision of use. (4) No person shall distribute a restricted use pesticide to a person who does not have the appropriate certification, registration, or license as prescribed in this chapter.
