Kentucky Code § KRS 216.347

Annual report of board to secretary

Within sixty (60) days after the close of each fiscal year the board shall make a written report to the secretary. A copy of this report shall be filed with the county clerk of each county within the district. The report shall contain: (1) An itemized statement of the various sums of money received for the district; (2) An itemized statement of expenditures from the fund; (3) A statement of the property acquired by devise, bequests, purchase, gift, or otherwise during the fiscal year; (4) A statement of the character of hospital services furnished to the district during the fiscal year; and (5) Any other statistics or information requested by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
